Rotary's members  are the force that allows our organization to continue its service and humanitarian efforts within our communities and worldwide.

   Bobby
Spiegel
President
2009-2010

At the beginning of a new Rotary Year in 1988, the Rotary Club of Corona, which became better known as the NOON CLUB, circulated a list of committees for the projects they wanted to do in that new year. Of the committees listed, one was to start a new Rotary Club. Bobby Spiegel signed up on that committee and later found out that he was the only one. He met with the club president who gave the green light to start a new club. Three other members from the original club could join Bobby and together form the nucleus of the new club. The newly formed club would also be able to accept women members, a first in Corona Rotary history. Thus with 29 members, almost an even split  between men and women, The Circle City Rotary Club of Corona was officially chartered on January 10, 1989. The club focus started and remains to this day a commitment to 100% attendance and participation in club activities and a commitment to live by The Four Way Test.
